We are a family business, who thrives on actively and innovatively helping New Managers navigate the deep waters of new experiences and challenges as they conquer the role between being a great technician and an amazing Manager.

We believe in the value our natural world brings to well being and learning and we bring this into our coaching as much as possible. The results speak for themselves! And being qualified in Wild Swimming safety and coaching we bring cold water immersion into our confidence building stretch challenge.

Our approach to leadership coaching is a little different to most courses because not only to we look at it holistically, we focus on identifying the NEW MANAGERS natural leadership style and then use integrity and compassion as core qualities.

We help leaders to discover their inner strengths, explore communication options and lead with empathy. We coach how to connect with colleagues on a personal level and nurture loyalty and unity, which translates into operational benefits.
