We were delighted with the outcome. Lynda listened to our needs and took the diversity within our team into consideration when creating the activities. They were all financially viable, were easy to implement and had a big impact. We were very unsure on how the water experience would be received. There was trepidation to begin with but was delighted that everyone gave it a go, and were pleased that they had.
Working with Lynda has been a breath of fresh air. She has been hugely supportive of what we are aiming to achieve and gets us. She has implemented a solid base from which to work, and signposted activities that will grow with us. We continued with Lynda on a retainer to share monthly updates and ideas as well as motivation messages we share with the team.
It is still early to tell whether absence has improved but there is a positive buzz within the departments and feels like we are onto a winner.
